Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Automotive Claims Intake Specialist is to review electronic claim forms received from our dealership clients and repair facilities, locate the customer’s contract in our database, verify coverage, open a claim and set-up payees.
Additional Duties
Handle phone inquiries from both customers and repair facilities to provide information on contract coverages and data enter/transcribe the conversations quickly and accurately. Look up the cost of parts and labor for repairs using our online systems. You will work as a team with other staff members to bring all claims to a resolution, effectively and efficiently. You will report any client, customer, or repairer escalation requests, or any unusual claims to your team leader. Work with other CPS internal departments and all levels of CPS management. You will perform other responsibilities as needed.

Data entry skills: Must type quickly and accurately.
