Responsibilities:
• Collect and meter all outgoing mail
• Take daily mail to US Post Office at the end of the Business Day
• Sort incoming mail from USPS and deliver to mail stops
• Receive all incoming Fed Ex, UPS and other Courier Deliveries
• Maintain signature control of all accountable mail
• Ensure all outgoing items are picked up every day.
• Maintain mailstops,
• Control parking 'distributes to new hires, collects from terminated employees, and handles all visitor/vendor parking validations and temporary access as well as procurement of new passes as needed
• Assist employees with all mail requests- (could include hand folding and stuffing envelopes)
• Assist Facility liaison with all requests
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS a plus
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Valid Clean Driver's License.
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
