Maintenance Inventory Clerk
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Contact vendors for quotes and delivery information.
• Enter purchase requisition for purchase orders to maintain spare parts inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Assemble kits and stage parts based on WO assignments.
• Add new parts into the CMMS when needed.
• Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• preferred 1-2 years' experience in inventory control or warehouse management systems
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background screen.
• Ability to interact with a computer using Maintenance Management software
