Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Monitors the financial records of an assigned accounting area
• Creates invoices
• Posts journal entries to general ledger
• Generate summary sheets
• Reconciles department reports for assigned area
• Creates and shares accounting reports
• Prepares periodic financial statements and reports
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Quick Book experience and proficiency required

• Knowledge of general bookkeeping practices and procedures
• Knowledge of office practices and clerical/accounting procedures
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
• Highly proficient with accounting software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Detailed Oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended intervals
