Join Our Team as a Cheer Choreographer!

Evolution Training Center is a professional cheerleading and tumble training facility located in Bridgewater NJ looking for an experienced part-time in-house choreographer to expand our current coaching staff.

The choreographer’s responsibilities include:

• Create captivating cheer and dance routines for our All-star teams, pop warner & Rec
• Collaborate closely with the team coaches
• Guide the cheerleaders in perfecting the routines and formations.
• Assure routines align to the music
• Confirm all routines adhere to divisions rules of competition for the Cheer teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Enjoys working with youth athletes
• Passion for creativity and collaboration
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Superb interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong teamwork abilities
• All-star & USASF knowledge helpful
• Handling administrative duties: preparation of 8 count sheets to coincide with routines
• High school diploma

Salary range:

• $25 - $40 per hour
• Hourly rate will be determined based on experience
