Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through focused cold calling outreach and thorough research. Achieve a daily target of at least 100 calls, adhering to meticulously crafted scripts provided by our team.
• Engage prospects through persuasive communication to set appointments for our Sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using CRM software.
• Continuously strive to exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
• Work full-time in our DC office, Monday to Friday.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
