Join our growing team as an Associate Chiropractor in the great state of Tennessee!

We are looking for a driven and energetic Associate Chiropractor to join our growing team in Franklin, TN and Murfreesboro, TN! As an Associate Chiropractor here, you will be a key player in providing top-notch chiropractic care to patients and helping us achieve our mission of improving lives and communities through chiropractic.

Our associate position is built to let the doctor be the doctor. We work hard during our time in the office and serve as many people as we can and then have our weekends be our weekends to spend time with friends and family and enjoy life! We work in a team environment and we want everybody to actually enjoy coming to work. You are not responsible for bringing patients into the office as we have a marketing team that does that work for us. No screenings on the weekends, either!

Our current two locations are in Murfreesboro and Franklin, TN with a third location opening in Spring Hill soon. Middle Tennessee is beautiful and you can find anything you want here. You can shop in charming downtown Franklin at boutiques or drive just 30-minutes away to do some hiking or find a cool park to explore. Nashville is only 20-30 minutes away if you are looking for a bigger city feel. There is really nothing you can't find to do!

Compensation:

• $80,000-$100,000 annum based upon experience
• Bonuses
  • Based upon performance and quality of work. We also do process goals meaning if you are consistent in your input then the output will come along with it and rewarded.

    • 21 work days — a week for Fourth of July, a week for Thanksgiving, a week for Christmas and random days throughout the year.
  • Plus sick days/personal days on top of that

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active chiropractic license in Tennessee (or willingness to attain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to improving lives through chiropractic
