Role Overview:

As the Chiropractor Operating Partner at Chiro 1st, you will play a pivotal leadership role in building and scaling your own clinic. This position provides the chance to learn the ins and outs of business ownership while delivering exceptional chiropractic care. You'll have the opportunity to lead your team, foster patient relationships, and ultimately realize your dream of owning a successful clinic.

Responsibilities:

External:

• Provide exceptional chiropractic care to patients, prioritizing individualized treatment plans.

• Lead presentations and workshops to educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care.

• Consult with patients and provide personalized recommendations to support their health and wellness goals.

• Mentor and lead your own team of Chiropractic Assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive clinic environment.

• Collaborate with the Chiro 1st team to develop and implement effective business strategies for clinic growth.

Internal:

• Collaborate with Chiro 1st leadership to develop systems and processes for clinic operations and management.

• Oversee the creation of a comprehensive business playbook for clinic operations, ensuring ongoing improvement and optimization.

• Lead the charge in preparing, executing, and analyzing clinic operations to drive revenue and growth.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and development within your clinic and the Chiro 1st network.

• Act as a mentor and coach to your team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Results:

• Build and scale a successful chiropractic clinic, delivering exceptional patient care and achieving revenue targets.

• Develop a reputation for excellence in chiropractic within your community.

• Create and implement effective business strategies that drive clinic growth and profitability.

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Chiropractic Assistants.

• Achieve ownership in your clinic and position it for a high 6-7 figure sale within 2-5 years.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid chiropractic license and certification in Washington State.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the challenges of business ownership.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring others.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to become a successful business owner.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in chiropractic care and/or business ownership preferred.

• Located in or willing to relocate to Washington State.
