Major Responsibilities
Performs assessment of client status and formulates a chiropractic medicine treatment plan in accordance with the client's goals and chiropractic medicine practice standards; ensures assessments reflect synthesis of gathered data into an appropriate plan of care.
Develops a chiropractic plan reflecting client's stated goals and expectations of chiropractic medicine, incorporates principles of growth and development over the life span. Performs chiropractic services to patients/clients utilizing appropriate methods according to certification guidelines and professional practice standards.
Completes all required documentation within the same business day of the client's visit. All written communication is legible and concise.
Provides an environment consistent with accepted standards of sanitation, hygiene, safety and Universal Precautions.
