Childbirth Educator provides instruction and education to patients planning to give birth. Presents curriculum in a group setting. Being a Childbirth Educator reviews class material and recommends changes based on educational standards. May assist in developing new content. Additionally, Childbirth Educator may require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes register transactions, operates laminating machines, measures/cuts butcher paper, creates die cuts, utilizes binding machine, cutting board, ensures quality on all custom projects, conducts website updates, online sales and follows company’s best practices and productivity standards.
Demonstrates TRUE courtesy, respect, and prompt responses to fellow associates and customers and handles all customer requests in a courteous and genuinely helpful way.
Takes accurate markdowns/ups, counts merchandise and performs inventory as needed.
Maintains brand name familiarity and product knowledge to assist customers with suggestions.
Performs all cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.. (in the breakroom, bathrooms, training room, Art station, storage rooms, sales floor) to ensure a neat, clean and organized store.
Safeguards confidentiality, such as credit card information, customer phone numbers, etc..
Maintains a high level of awareness and customer contact on the sales floor to prevent customer theft.
Maintains floorplan familiarity, reports any unsafe conditions or practices and follows safety policies to minimize risk, losses to the company and/or theft.
Understands all policies and procedures concerning cash, credit cards, returns, voids, store credit, tax exemptions and offline procedures.
Follows company requirements on scheduling and timekeeping policies and practices on B2B’s communication app.
Assists with art camps and paint classes (scheduling, setting up, breaking down, cleaning, etc..)
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
