• Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare staff, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.  

Qualifications:  

• Active RN (Registered Nurse) licensure and relevant clinical experience 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and backgrounds
