Evaluates programs and recommends changes to improve care for childhood hospitalizations or disabilities. Being a Child Life Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Child Advocate – Full time and Part Time position available with excellent benefits.
Duties: Provide support, individual and group activities and daily advocacy for children. Able to work collaboratively with parents and community service providers. Public speaking in local schools with emphasis on domestic violence and safety planning.
Requirements: BA/BS in Human Services or 2 years experience working with children preferred. Should be sensitive to at-risk children of all ages and should be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to work flexible hours which include;
Monday –Thursday 12:30-8:30 p.m. Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
