    Are you a teacher who has the summer off and is looking for a way to stay connected with kiddos over the summer?

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Summer Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our summer program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for the children. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience working with children, and a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences in a fun and inclusive environment.

    This is a temporary position (May through August) with the potential for a permanent position on our team!

    Some Duties include:
    • Enjoy building relationships with children on Summer Program Field Trips and activities!
    • Be a friend and mentor to children while active at the center doing fun activities!
    • Enjoy home cooked meals and family style dining with the children!
    • Create an inviting and safe space for kids to have fun and make friends!
    • Plan and schedule daily activities, including sports, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, educational workshops, and special events.
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
    • Manage logistics, including facilities, equipment, supplies, and transportation, to ensure smooth operations.
    • Serve as a positive role model for children and staff, demonstrating enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to the center's mission.
    Qualifications needed:
    • Must hold a valid Driver's License
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must obtain a City of Boise Childcare Workers License (Center will pay for candidate who does not already have this.)
    • Must be comfortable and physically able to drive school-age children in a 15-passenger van
    • Have consistent availability between the hours of 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
