Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs the daily operations of a child care center in accordance with state licensing requirements and regulations. Administers recruiting and staffing processes. Being a Child Care Center Director (Hosp. Op.) provides training and professional development for staff. Funshine Child Care & Learning Center LLC is looking for energetic, fun, kind, and confident individuals to join our team! We are looking for 2 full time teachers for our rapidly expanding program, as well as a part time closing teacher!
Pay: $13 to $15 an hour based on experience and credentials.

Experience in childcare and Early Childhood Education is not required, but is preferred. We will be providing an extensive training course for those less experienced, along with monthly required trainings that will take place during our mandatory staff meetings. Individuals who are hired will also be required to attend at least 10 hours of state training for each year they are employed. Employees will have the freedom to choose which classes they take, and these classes will be paid for by the employer.
All Teachers & Staff must be 18 years of age or older, with at least some experience working with children. Potential employees must have the ablility to pass a CCL Background Check, and will also be required to obtain their CPR/First Aid Certification. These requirements can be met upon hiring. While these things are not required in order to be hired, applicants will be required to pay any applicable fees in order to obtain these items upon hiring. All renewal fees required after the first year of employment will be paid in their entirety by Funshine Child Care & Learning Center LLC.
