Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily supervision and care of children and staff in the daycare facility
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Provide behavior management support to staff when necessary
-Assist the center Director with office duties such as collecting tuition, staff scheduling, payroll, enrolling children, planning events and managing the day to day operations.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience on the administrative side of childcare
- Experience working in classrooms of all ages
- Strong communication skills
- Strong classroom & staff management skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with patience and composure
- Must pass a background check
