New Creations Child Care is expanding and is seeking a full-time Director for our new location in Waconia, MN!
We offer training and support for all areas like, education, staff development, quality, licensing and more!
As the Director, you will be responsible for the operation and instructional leadership of the center. You will be accountable for all operational aspects of the center and will ensure that all standards are maintained, and the positive development of the children is promoted.
Providing leadership for staff and working to build a rapport with the families, children and staff along with assisting in the classrooms when needed is critical.
You will maintain adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and childcare services to families in our community.
We are seeking individuals who are energetic, creative, organized, problem solver, a team player, have great communication skills and a vision for the center's future.

Desired skills and experience as outlined below:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or in a related field.
* 1-3 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
* Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management.
* Possess deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with our families and the community.
* Reliable, strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the center and embody the servant leadership philosophy.
