Pay:
$10/hr plus tips. You shoukd be able to average at least $11/hr (or more) with tips

Available Shifts:

7-9am or 7-11:30 am depending on theday

Be prepared for a working interview where you will be required to engage in conversation. Ask the guests what their plans are for the day, talk to the kids about their favorite donut, etc. If you’re not willing to talk to people, this is not the job for you.

Ideal for a homeschooled high schooler that wants part time hours with no evenings. Keep in mind you are on your feet working and this is physically demanding.

We also sweep, mop, do dishes, stock the cooler, make icing, make glaze, clean, fry sausage rolls, and various other kitchen tasks in between customers. We also have breakfast itms that we prepare to order. It’s a very busy job. If you prefer to stand around, this won’t be a good fit for you.

Please do not apply if you will always have something come up that will keep you from work or if you are always sick. As a small company, it’s too difficult on us to employ you if you‘ll miss half of your shifts and unfair to your coworkers.

You will be expected to learn regulars orders & names, and treat our customers like family.

You will be expected to communicate in a healthy manner if any issues come up.

The Job:

• Customer service & likeability are very important. Prefer someone that can get to know the customers so that they recognize & look forward to seeing you.
• Cash handling experience a must.
• Responsible for closing duties: stocking low items, dishes, sweeping and mopping, taking out the trash.
• A background check is required for this position.
• Must be trustworthy!
• RELIABILITY IS VERY IMPORTANT. It throws off the entire day if you don’t show up to work.
• Being able to multitask and set priorities

• Excellent time management skills to work at a fast pace when given plenty of time
• Curiosity to continue to learn
• Integrity to work alone with minimal supervision
