The opportunity: Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, you will oversee the Engineering, DevOps, Security and AI teams ensuring the creation and implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with our business goals. But your responsibility doesn’t stop there. We are looking for a leader that has a vision on Product and Product Development. You know what it takes to instill a product-led mindset and create a product that sells itself. As a leader at the intersection of technology, product and business, the CTO will work closely with the CEO and other Management Team members to drive strategy, platform growth, scalability, and sustainability through technological innovation.
Main responsibilities:
- Define and implement a technology & product strategy in line with the myTomorrows’ vision ensuring the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
- Develop and communicate the company’s technical vision and future direction to the management team, the board, employees, customers, and investors.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive accountability, by mentoring team members, encouraging professional development, and recruiting top-tier talent.
- Serve as the technology evangelist, promoting and enhancing collaboration across all business units including product management and design, marketing, operations and commercial. Ensure technology standards and best practices are disseminated throughout the company.
What you bring to the table:
- Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a proven track record of strategic technical product planning, execution, and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing tech teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology and platform solutions with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Bring critical thinking skills, and the ability to quickly gain an understanding of business situations and identify root causes.
Our current tech stack:
- We are fully cloud-native utilizing mostly AWS services. We adopt a Lean, API-first product development approach leveraging cloud technologies and design practices.
- Our web front-end applications are developed in Angular. Our platform technologies, both microservice and AI, are developed in Python, and deployed as AWS Lambda functions.
- We also foster a rapidly growing expertise in knowledge graphs (Neo4j / Memgraph) and database technologies (SQL - AWS RDS, NoSQL – AWS DynamoDB, etc.).
- In addition, we develop human-in-the-loop Machine learning for Healthcare in-house such as leveraging LLMs and other NLP techniques.
