    What You'll Do:

    Are you a dynamic executive leader? This role will involve using your expertise in strategic management and operations to lead all departments towards achieving their goals and fostering a culture of excellence within our company. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, implement growth initiatives, and ensure fiscal integrity. Your proficiency in financial governance, risk management, and strategic marketing will be crucial in guiding our company’s success. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between owners and staff, providing leadership in talent development and ensuring alignment with company policies. In addition, this position is responsible for the following:

    • Collaborates with executive leadership to establish and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and purpose, promoting revenue, profitability, and growth.
    • Leads department leaders in developing annual plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget, and holds them accountable for departmental success and contribution to overall company objectives.
    • Regularly reports to the CEO/Ownership group and Leadership team on company performance, strategic initiatives, financial aspects, and the status of company operations, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
    • Leads operational excellence and strategic innovation efforts, overseeing growth initiatives to align operations with organizational needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency.
    • Cultivates a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, implementing strategic solutions and technological advancements to enhance productivity and competitive positioning.
    • Manages financial governance, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and financial strategies aligned with company goals to maintain fiscal well-being and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Provides organizational leadership, inspiring alignment with company goals and values, fostering excellence, collaboration, and innovation within a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Leads all company departments, directing talent management efforts to recruit, develop, and retain staff aligned with strategic goals and values, providing mentorship, clear direction, and resolving conflicts constructively.
    • Manages risk and compliance by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks through strategic planning, compliance measures, and fostering a culture of ongoing adaptation and adherence to regulations and industry standards.
    • Leads strategic marketing and business development initiatives, overseeing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the competitive market landscape.
    • Manages external affairs and stakeholder engagement, maintaining relationships with partners and representing the company's interests to various stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, and the public.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Knowledge of the local economy and real estate market is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of the construction industry and/or construction management.
    • Self-motivated and innovative, with a focus on aligning initiatives with organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Experienced leader with a strong foundation in management principles, financial acumen, and IT/business infrastructure.
    • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost reduction strategies to ensure organizational success.
    • Exceptional communicator skilled in various mediums including presentations and interpersonal interactions.
    • Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with stakeholders and uphold high ethical standards.
    • Proven track record in leadership, team building, and driving transformative change within complex organizations.

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred, in business, management, finance, economics, or related field of study; minimum of 10 years of relevant and progressive experience leading, executing and implementing strategic operational initiatives; or the equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the position, with preference given to candidates with construction and real estate backgrounds.
