The Student Affairs Graduate Assistants are responsible for aiding the Division of Student Affairs in creating and maintaining a positive, student centered community across campus. Education and Academic Status:
Bachelor's Degree required with appropriate related experience and admittance into a Graduate Program at the University.
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Relevant experience working in student affairs or student services; experience in conflict and dispute resolution/mediation; Experience as a supervisor or peer leader; Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, organizational skills, and sense of humor. Professional demeanor and ability to interact with charity towards students, staff and faculty. Other skills or abilities may be required based on the department.
