Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
The Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the Lion’s Pause financial operations, including supervision of volunteer financial assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as a member of the Pause Executive Committee and attend all required meetings.
• Ensure that cash revenue flows smoothly and transparently through the Pause to the Business Office.
• Exercise clear communication, transparency, and sound judgment.
• At the discretion of the Financial Officer, select, train, and supervise two to three volunteer assistants.
• Create Micros reporting and analytics including itemized summary of expenses and revenues in kitchen, sales figures and profit cost analysis for each item, and projections once a semester.
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Prior experience as a staff member in the Lion’s Pause and/or cash handling experience preferred.
