As part of the Wrench Group family since June 2020, MAX Service Group operates Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber in Indianapolis and central Indiana, Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Cincinnati and southwestern Ohio, Buckeye Heating and Cooling in greater Columbus, Ohio and Jarboe’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in greater Louisville, Kentucky.
This position will have operational leadership oversight for these five locations and plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's day-to-day operations align with its strategic goals and contribute to overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, have a hands-on approach to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. This position is office based in Indianapolis, IN with relocation assistance available.
Candidates with over 10 years residential Home Services (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) leadership experience overseeing $100M multi-unit businesses with a track record of year over year business growth are highly desired.
