    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Champion our Mission: Lead and manage day-to-day operations in alignment with PursueCare’s mission of providing rapid, accessible, and engaging treatment for SUD.

    • Enhance Patient Care: Oversee critical operations and administrative departments handling patient management, ensuring adherence to provider protocols and efficient patient administration.

    • Forge Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with health systems to establish and advance collaborative and transitional care programs, strengthening integration and service delivery to bolster existing relationships in conjunction with the business development team.

    • Optimize Provider Logistics: Execute strategies for provider logistics, optimizing provider availability and patient care through effective recruitment, training, and management.

    • Foster Excellence: Cultivate a culture of excellence and mutual commitment to quality care by enhancing relationships between administrative staff and healthcare providers.

    • Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze budgets and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure compliance with board-approved and company goals for budget performance.

    • Utilize Analytics for Strategic Decision-Making: Utilize analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.

    Education & Experience:

    • MBA or equivalent experience
    • Previous experience in a senior management role within the healthcare industry
    • Experience and proficiency in utilizing analytics and KPIs to manage all facets of a healthcare entity

    Qualifications & Key Competencies:

    • Proficiency in meeting board-approved and company goals for budget performance
    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial data
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results
    • Proven track record in managing day-to-day healthcare operations and workforce decisions
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
