    Job Overview:

    As the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and management efforts to drive innovation and product development in support of business growth and partner success. You will collaborate with partners, third-party providers, and internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, client success, analytics and operations, business development, and marketing. The collaboration will be in support of innovating, iterating, and delivering exceptional products that meet the unique needs of our higher education partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and innovations to meet partner needs and address market opportunities.
    • Product Development and Management: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that help partners achieve their goals.
    • Market and Competitive Analysis: Leverage our partner data and relationships to identify market gaps and opportunities. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Client Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our higher education clients, their goals and pain points. Gather client feedback, conduct user research, and leverage data analytics to continuously improve product offerings and enhance user experience.
    • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing product team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business objectives. Communicate product plans, roadmaps, and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
    • Performance Mindset: Drive scalable processes and innovation across the product development group and portfolio. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products, resources, and outcomes.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred)

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience (10 years) in product management with SaaS-based and early-stage businesses, preferably in the education technology sector
    • Demonstrated success in leading product strategy and managing product lifecycles
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
    • Experience in user-centered design methodologies and UX/UI best practices
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving business growth
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
