YOUR PURPOSE
With a role on the executive team, you will have the opportunity help our members get ahead financially while also helping them achieve their financial dreams. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Credit Union's collections and lending services including real estate, commercial, and consumer lending functions. Ensures that lending operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Ensures that lending activities result in maximum volume, appropriate profit for the Credit Union, and a minimal delinquency ratio. Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of lending services. Contributes to ALM discussions concerning loan rate pricing and general ALM strategies. Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate managers and ensures that all lending services are professionally delivered and members are well served.
