Compensation: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year 

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive development strategies, including major gifts, direct mail, and special events.
• Establish annual funding metrics/goals in collaboration with the CEO and oversee resource allocation to increase fundraising capacity.
• Manage donor relations and ensure effective use of fundraising resources, maintaining a robust donor base.
• Lead capital campaigns, from strategic planning to donor cultivation, ensuring campaign success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and execute strategic marketing plans to promote organizational objectives and cultivate media relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction for all development and marketing activities to build brand awareness and increase support.
• Supervise and train staff, recruit volunteers, and represent the organization at events to advance relationships with external partners.

• Bachelor's degree and valid Florida driver's license.
• CFRE designation preferred.
•  A strong history of successfully closing major gifts
• Minimum 7 years of nonprofit fundraising and marketing experience, with proven success in income development.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of achieving goals.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, donor management software, and marketing tools.
