    Compensation:

    $100,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
    • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
    • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
    • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with warm transfers and fresh leads, averaging 8 to 10 leads daily
    • Take applications
    • Pitch qualified borrowers
    • Once loans are sold, our processing staff takes over the file which allows you to concentrate on selling the next borrower
    • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
    • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
    • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
    • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
    • Work closely with industry-related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
    • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
    • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
    • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
    • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
