    Our client, a leading international business travel organization, is seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Pilot to join their team. With a fleet of three aircraft—a Falcon 900 Easy, a Citation Encore, and a Pilatus PC12—the Chief Pilot role primarily focuses on the Falcon 900 Easy, requiring seamless integration into the existing team.


    Salary and Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range: $175,000 to $240,000, based on experience.
    • Possibility of a discretionary bonus at the end of each year.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the Chief Pilot for our client's flight department, operating the Falcon 900 Easy.
    • Possess 200 to 300 hours of flight experience on the Falcon 900 Easy (N919SA).
    • Ensure that pilots are Falcon 900 Easy Qualified; if not, oversee and manage Falcon 900 Easy training with reimbursement conditions.
    • Hold a second-class medical certificate, instrument rating, and a commercial pilot license.
    • Demonstrate international flight experience.
    • Manage flight planning, logbook maintenance, and act as the company's contact with the FAA and local FSDOs.
    • Handle aircraft insurance renewals and perform other administrative duties as needed.
    • Participate in the potential operation of additional aircraft (Citation Encore or Pilatus PC-12).
    • Manage and file flight plans efficiently.
    • Lead the coordination of company schedules.
    Qualifications:
    • - Minimum 200 to 300 hours of Falcon 900 Easy flight experience.
    • Falcon 900 Easy Pilot qualification preferred; willingness to undergo training if not qualified.
    • Hold a second-class medical certificate, instrument rating, and a commercial pilot license.
    • Demonstrated international flight experience.
    • Experience with additional aircraft (Citation Encore or Pilatus PC-12) is advantageous.
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or related field is a plus.
