Chief Flight Inspector jobs in Kalispell, MT

Supervises the training and onboarding of Mercy Flight staff. Stays current in evidence based practices and works in tandem with the program Medical Director to review protocols and their adherence within the electronic health record. Works in collaboration with the leadership of the service line to create a professional practice environment that focuses on the needs of both staff and customers. Supports performance improvement activities within the department and assists with daily operations of the service line.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.

Current State of Montana Registered Nurse Licensure / Current State of Montana Nurse Practitioner Licensure / Current State of Montana Paramedic Licensure / Current State of Montana Registered Respiratory Therapist Licensure

Bachelors preferred

Five years critical care experience

Current with the following items: BLS; ACLS; PALS; ENPC; TNCC, ATCN, or TPATC (at least one of these, with TPATC preferred); NRP

Certified Flight Registered Nurse certification or eligibility within 1 year of hire / Flight Paramedic Certified or eligibility within 1 year of hire / Certified in Respiratory Therapy
