     BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:  This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG), Marketing and Communications. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and providing support for the overall product portfolio and the sale of game tickets across the Lottery's existing portfolio of games. Duties include, but are not limited to: planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities that meet the goals and objectives of the Lottery's strategic marketing plan; collaborating with the Director of Marketing and other Product Managers to create a 12-24 month product roadmap; defining and improving product management best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures; assisting with forecasting and monitoring the performance of assigned product lines to ensure positive revenue, volume, and margin targets are met; and managing a staff to support the development and execution of the product strategy. Performs other related duties as assigned.
     Five (5) years of progressive work experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as: overseeing the product development lifecycle for digital platforms, marketing and campaign strategies, consumer advertising, market research analysis and sales operation. Comprehensive knowledge of the principals, practices, and methodologies of product management. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Incumbent must have one (1) year of experience supervising or guiding and directing the work of lower-level staff. Knowledge of lottery or casino skills and products is preferred.

    Experience that provides the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for this position.
