employees (NPS of 65 ) helping them manage everything from the maintenance of millions of dollars of assets
such as roads, buildings, sidewalks, and bridges as well as the administration and processing of permits,
inspections, business licenses, code enforcement violations, to improving citizen engagement and satisfaction,

Officer to support us in achieving our goals of growing our team, product portfolio, customer base, and
revenues.
We are based in Logan, Utah and are partnered with Norland Capital (2021), a $1b growth focused private
equity firm.
Who we are looking for
● Overall we are looking for a "Commercial CFO"
● To be successful, the CFO will be an analytical, critical-thinker and numerical, detailed but also will be
value-creation focused, strategic, and commercial
● The CFO will be an integral part of the team and as a senior business leader, will drive business
building and growth at iWorQ by being one of the "right-hands" of the CEO: providing leverage to the
CEO on all financial, administrative, legal, and commercial matters
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
● Trained at a Top Tier Accounting firm for several years
● 2 previous senior finance roles in small/medium sized-businesses
● CFO role previously is preferrable, but not necessary (candidate could be #2 currently in the finance
department)
Responsibilities
● Leading long-term business/financial planning, namely building a 5 year plan
● Leading annual budget preparation and monthly/quarterly variance analysis
● Leading commercial/strategic/financial analysis (e.g. impact of price adjustments, ROI on new or
proposed products, or tiers)
● Leading on all aspects of acquisitions and financings, as relevant
● Working closely with on-site accountant in Logan on all aspects of financial management
● Supporting when needed, the CEO and sales team with contract negotiations with customers
● Assure full tax, legal, and regulatory compliance
Essential Skills/Attributes
● Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills
● Proficiency with accounting software, Google Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Consolidating multiple entities accounts – iWorQ has 3 legal entities
● Self-starter, entrepreneurial, team player, proactive, and commercial - not corporate, political, or
bureaucratic - and does not need a lot of direction
● Ability to inspire confidence and create trust
Preferred Skills/Attributes
● Experience in the tech/software/SaaS industry
● Experience with SAGE (iWorQ uses SAGE)
