Job Summary
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social impact. Reporting to the Chief Branch & Administrative Officer, the Senior Program Executive manages the overall operations of Association wide programming, Healthy Living, Equity & Integration, Youth Sports, Health Insurance Initiatives, and Aquatics. In collaboration with Program Champions, the Senior Program Executive of Association Programming will design, develop, and implement a full range of evidence and outcome based whole-person programming, services, partnerships, and community outreach to achieve strategic goals. Programs and services are designed for quality to engage members in their health journey to improve outcomes and provide outstanding experience. The Senior Program Executive manages a team of professionals and will be responsible for building results-based evaluations, and health outcomes.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

The position will be based at headquarters in Seattle, WA.
