South Dakota State University (SDSU) is seeking a highly organized, service focused, and welcoming individual to join our Admissions team as an Assistant Admissions Officer.

Job Responsibilities: To provide prospective students information and assistance regarding academic offerings, career planning, admissions requirements, organizations, activities, athletics, and other higher education opportunities available at SDSU. This position coordinates all campus visits to the admissions office and through the Jackrabbit Preview visit program.

• Computer software applications

Skill & Ability to:

• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct public relations activities.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with high school aged students, parents, faculty, staff, and general public.
• Effectively represent and promote the institution.
• Communicate information clearly and concisely.
