The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is primarily responsible for managing ESP’s daily administrative operations. Reporting to the CEO, the CAO acts as the administrative function of the CEO.  The CAO works closely with the CEO and can assist them with communication and report about the company's performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between the CEO and other employees, including other c-suite executives, leaders, and members of various teams throughout the organization.
• Spearheads and implements projects as directed by the CEO.
• Assess company policies, for example Project Management guidelines and other operating procedures / SOPs.
• Develop business strategies.
• Will lead the development and execution of our key execution and growth initiatives such as the Client Account Management program, the Project Manager program, and other professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related degree. 
• Understanding of business functions like finance, accounting, and marketing.
• Experience in administrative operations including communication management, report analysis and financial planning.
