Job Overview:

As the Part-time Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of Safeway Home Health Care, with the ultimate goal of achieving a 10x growth in company revenue over the next five years. This role demands a combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, identifying new growth opportunities, and implementing innovative financial strategies to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine financial models and forecasts to support the company’s growth objectives.

Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and budgeting processes to ensure financial health and sustainability.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and partnerships that align with the company’s growth strategy.

Lead the financial negotiations, fundraising efforts, and relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Implement innovative financial management techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align financial strategy with overall company goals and objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance, risks, and opportunities to the CEO and board of directors.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of financial governance and ethics.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar leadership role in a startup or fast-growing company, with a track record of achieving significant growth.

Strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in developing financial strategies and solving complex problems.

Experience in fundraising, financial negotiations, and managing investor relationships.

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
