As the Agronomic Innovation Chemist you will serve as the liaison between the chemistry lab and greenhouse. This role combines Bench Chemistry, so there are times where you'll be in the lab assisting with conducting experiments and Greenhouse Trial work, which involves running trials within the greenhouse surrounding the products that are being developed in the lab. This connection between Chemistry and the Greenhouse provides you with a phenomenal opportunity to be involved in your experiments from start to finish. You'll collaborate with our Research Chemist and Agronomic staff to take the products being developed in the lab and create research protocols in the Greenhouse that will ultimately guide you as you run experiments.
