The Director of Chemical Management and Sales will lead, develop, and manage a high-performing Industrial Sales Team for Lube-Tech. The position is directly accountable to execute the sales and margin business plans as it pertains to the profit and loss statement. This position will be responsible for growth primarily in the Wisconsin (WI) region, and Great Lakes territory with the potential to change to additional added state territories. This position will heavily focus on the sales of Industrial Fluids and Services including M360 and Chemical Management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience and/or Training 7 years related sales and management experience. Preferably in industrial lubricants, metal cutting fluids, metal cutting tooling, or within customer industries.
Licenses/Certificates Valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record.
Technology/Equipment Experience with CRM & ERP software, Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills related to pivot tables and data analysis.
