Chemical Dependency Counselor runs individual, family, and group counseling for patients in chemical dependency programs. Customer Service Specialist
The qualified Customer Service Specialist must have a high level of creative thinking; an excellent customer service attitude; strong Microsoft Office skills and must be dependable and adaptable. This is an excellent opportunity, with room for growth, within a fast-paced company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Enter customer orders, product details and notes into our contact management software.
- Generate, process, and customize internal and external reports.
- Working closely with warehouse personnel to coordinate shipments.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to determine customer needs.
Requirements:
Self-directed, highly motivated individual with:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills with Excel and Word.
- Ability to respond to requests for assistance and meet commitments on a timely basis.
- Extremely strong organizational skills.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A commitment to project completion, success and passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum five years’ experience in Customer Service
Salary commensurate with experience.
