Works closely with the Director of Casino Marketing & CRM team to establish what new programs should be offered to guestsJob Focus:Focus is on, but not limited to the following:- Manages the daily operations of the Loyalty Club Desks.
- Creates, manages, and distributes employee schedules.
- Understands the loyalty database structure and all customer-facing digital channels.
- Works closely with applicable departments to implement new loyalty initiates.
- Along with the Director of Casino Marketing manages external customer service relationships ensuring guest satisfaction is always maintained.
- Clearly communicates with staff about upcoming plans/programs ensuring that execution and delivery to guests is done with Company standards in mind.
- Delivers Loyalty Club data to the Director and Vice President of Casino Marketing.
- All other duties as assigned by Management.
Desired Qualifications:- A minimum three to five (3-5) years working for a Casino Loyalty Club program with a minimum of two (2) years direct Management experience of a Loyalty Club Desk is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms.
- A professional demeanor and attire are to be maintained at all times.
- Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to working independently with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to perform in a team environment.
- Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership.
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired.
- Must have exceptional time management skills.
- An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred.
- Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations.
- A valid Nevada Gaming license & Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position.
