Job Summary

Summary : Responsible for Staffing / Check-In Admin manages the employee / volunteer check-in process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assign staff to work locations.
• Responsible for staffing the concessions stands and bars with concessions staff and Not-for-Profit Organizations
• The Staffing / Check-In Admin performs complex and diverse responsibilities in support of Concessions staffing goals, and Non-Profit Groups and their fundraising goals
• All Major Areas of Responsibility are achieved through the use of the Core Signature Guidelines
• Engages regularly with volunteers and provides a high level of customer service
• Must possess the skills to develop effective working relationships, an ability to work independently and as a team member, a strong willingness to help out as needed at every level of event management, and an ability to manage multiple projects
• Performs other duties as assigned.
