Chauffeur, Sr. jobs in District of Columbia

Embassy of India is seeking candidates for the position of Chauffeur.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of English.
• The candidate should possess a valid driver’s license and should possess driving experience of at least 3 years;
• Should either be a US citizen, having Green Card or Employment Authorization Card (EAD)
• The selection will be done on the basis of personal interview and road skill test.

Duties include:

• Driving Embassy vehicle during the weekdays, odd working hours and also during weekends/holidays on need basis.
• To drive official vehicle to various destinations within and outside DC;
• To maintain logbook of the vehicle allotted;
• To maintain and keep allotted vehicle tidy and clean;
• Any other work assigned from time to time.
