Chauffeur transports executives, employees, guests, clients, or others in a limousine. Greets and provides customer service to riders. Being a Chauffeur provides smooth, timely transportation. May be responsible for vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, Chauffeur may require a high school diploma. May require state-specific Chauffeur's Permit. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Chauffeur works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are seeking chauffeurs to join our team as we grow.Job Summary:Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide safe, friendly, comfortable, and knowledgeable luxury ground transportation.
- The ability to provide additional services to clients as requested.
- Transport clients to the desired location.
- Carry packages and luggage.
- Assist clients in and out of the vehicle.
- Follow route and time schedule accurately and promptly as assigned.
- Follow relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation.
- Test vehicle equipment to ensure proper operation and always start with a full tank/battery.
- Keep the exterior and interior of the vehicle clean and fresh-smelling.
- A small amount of setup/cleanup before/after jobs such as placing refreshments in the vehicle, tossing out the trash, etc.
- Actively look for ways to improve customers' experience.
- Knowledge of Boston and local airports.
- Ability to operate an iPad.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills:- Successful candidates must have a clean driving record.
- 2 years’ experience as a professional chauffeur.
- Valid NH driver’s license.
- Weekend & evening availability.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
