Position Summary:
As the Purchasing Director at Dunamis Charge, you will serve as the strategic leader for our entire purchasing department. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the procurement policies and overseeing the execution of purchasing strategies that support the company’s objectives. This multifaceted position requires an individual with an exceptional background in procurement, supply chain management, and strategic negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Architect and implement an overarching purchasing strategy that supports organizational objectives while delivering cost efficiencies.
· Manage the entire spectrum of purchasing processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, cost management, and supply chain logistics.
· Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, conducting negotiations to secure advantageous terms and ensure the continuity of supply.
· Drive the evaluation and selection of new suppliers based on thorough criteria for quality, value, and reliability.
· Oversee the procurement of all materials, components, equipment, and services required for company operations, ensuring that all purchases comply with specification and quality standards.
· Lead the development and periodic review of purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring they adhere to legal standards and best industry practices.
· Monitor global market trends, identifying impacts on supply and demand, and adjusting strategies to leverage market conditions.
· Collaborate with department heads to forecast procurement needs, understand departmental requisites, and anticipate future purchasing requirements.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA would be advantageous.
· At least 5 years of experience in a senior purchasing management role, with a demonstrated track record in the manufacturing or high-tech industry.
· Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of modern purchasing and supply chain techniques, with a strong analytical acumen.
· Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a team and fostering professional development.
· Proven negotiation skills with the ability to forge and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
