You'll achieve success by :

Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of one year of customer service experience; sales and / or administration experience is preferred.
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods, including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping.
