Qualities of a Caregiver

Core Job Duties
- Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship
- Assist clients with their prescribed health plan
- Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs
- Monitor and report changes in physical and mental health behavior
- Ensure the client’s home is organized and safety measures are in place
- Provide emotional support and encouragement
- Assist with mobility needs
- Provide client with transportation
