Being a Chaplain - Home Care provides emotional support, spiritual counsel and comfort. Plans and coordinates interfaith worship experiences for staff, patients, and families. Additionally, Chaplain - Home Care typically requires a master's degree in divinity. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Qualities of a Caregiver

Core Job Duties
- Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship
- Assist clients with their prescribed health plan
- Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs
- Monitor and report changes in physical and mental health behavior
- Ensure the client’s home is organized and safety measures are in place
- Provide emotional support and encouragement
- Assist with mobility needs
- Provide client with transportation
