Aging-In-Place Home care services is currently seeking to hire a full time caregiver to provide care in a client's home Monday-Friday 8 hours shifts (shift start times can be flexible). Primary location is Martinsburg area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client transportation
- Understanding of social work principles for effective communication and support
