We are expanding our services in the Chicago area and are looking for a smart, self-motivated sales professional to join our growing team. We are building a best-in-class team and are looking for mission-driven, growth-minded people with a heart for serving the community.

In this role, you will spend the majority of your time in the community developing referral sources, generating home care client referrals, and driving revenue growth. You will carry a sales quota and be responsible for generating and closing high quality client referrals on a monthly basis. Based on operational experience, you may also support the local team with developing comprehensive Care Plans and setting up new Starts of Care.

The role will entail becoming well-versed in PHC Core Values, differentiating factors, and brand messaging to build community awareness of the company and drive quality client referrals.

The role will involve travel throughout the greater Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting community marketing to establish trusted referral relationships with local organizations and key individuals in the community.
2. Achieve monthly revenue targets by consistently generating and closing high quality client referrals.
3. Report weekly on community outreach efforts, sales performance, and progress towards goals, tracking all outreach efforts in Hubspot CRM.
4. Conduct initial phone inquiries and client in-home assessments to close sale for new Starts of Care (SoC).
5. Ensure all client Care Plans, Client Services Agreements, and pricing are in place and current, with updates at defined regular intervals.
6. Support additional operational needs of the company as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales skills, goal-oriented, and receptive to feedback and coaching
• Outstanding skills in customer service, leadership, decision-making, verbal and written communications, and organization
• Alignment with PHC Core Values and Mission
• Impeccable character, strong interpersonal skills, and resilient under stress
• Experience in private duty home care or related field a plus
• Academic background and experience as LPN, RN, geriatric care manager, social worker, or other home care-related field a plus
• Skilled at using ClearCare/WellSky software program to manage client care and schedules
• Skilled with tracking sales efforts with CRM software (Hubspot)
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn new technologies and procedures
• Ability to be clear, fair, professional, and consistent in all communications
• Work well and make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations
• Reliable with respect to confidentiality
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background and reference check
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and updated insurance

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary commission (bonus) based on quarterly sales performance
