The Director Omni Channel Sales will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing partner relationships, and achieving Wacom’s sales and profitability goals for all of Wacom’s B2C Omni, eTail and distribution channels while strategically collaborating with the leadership of Wacom’s B2B sales and eStore teams.
In the rapidly evolving retail landscape, the Director Omni Channel Sales will use their experience and expertise to guide Wacom through the expanding eTail opportunities and challenges at partners such as Amazon, and Best Buy as well as managing our distribution and our B2B fulfillment partners. The role includes leading an experienced channel team in all aspects of channel management including channel expansion, product sell-in, channel sales programs, promotions, events, and channel marketing programs.
Location: This position can be based in our Portland, OR, office, hybrid, or fully remote (West Coast).
Pay & Benefits: $150-000-$172,500 base salary 33% targeted sales incentive pay. Pay within this range is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
