A stable Branson based media company is seeking a full time Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team located in Branson, MO.
This position will oversee the sales and marketing efforts which supports the company by helping bring stories to life in a memorable way which in turn helps connect with customers, build relationships and positively impact business results.
This is a full-time, year round position which reports to the Owner.
This person is responsible for driving business revenue and bringing marketing concepts to life, which could include: print and video ad development, content development, print and television sales, support material, web and social media.
Other functions include:
· Working with clients to develop concepts and present the work.
· Providing quality control over concepts and projects.
· Writing compelling copy when required.
· Focus on strategic direction and implementation of that strategy.
· Strong sales skills
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of associates or bachelor’s degree, preferred areas: fine arts, design, marketing, communications, or business admin.
Must have experience in the sales and marketing field and be able to demonstrate ability to lead in both.
· Detailed knowledge of graphic design fundamentals. Ability to review designs for both print, video and digital media is highly beneficial.
· Must be a flexible, highly motivated, independent thinker who has the ability to provide consistent team leadership and to work collaboratively within the team.
· Must be able to develop client relationships that drive long term sales to the organization.
· Reliable, deadline and detail-oriented. An eye for detail is a must.
· Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
· Able to handle unexpected workloads within deadlines & budgets.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Must be a team player and always willing to learn.
· Ability to write strong copy and scripts that are grammatically correct.
· Must be able to work onsite in Branson.
· Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Must be able to work in professional environment.
