The Channel Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     What You'll Do

    The channel sales organization works directly with the quota carrying account executives at Mimecast and will work directly with the Regional Sales Directors to align the partner strategy in the respective regions. The Manager of Inside Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Inside Partner Account Managers.

    • Lead a talented team to cultivate and expand our partnerships.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive partner growth and revenue
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner success.
    • Foster strong relationships with partners, providing support and guidance to achieve mutual objectives.

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience managing a team
    • Proven track record of success in channel sales or related field.
    • Experience managing partner relationships and working closely with GTM teams
    • knowledge of sales and sales process and familiarity with a CRM
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
